OUR IMPACT

Over the past 10 years, POW Thanet has made significant strides in promoting gender equality amongst Thanet’s many communities. Our mission to promote equality and diversity through the arts has made great strides since 2015. By creating paid work, advancing education, raising awareness, increasing access to creative opportunities, and elevating industry standards we have supported women and non binary folks at all stages of their creative journey.

We're thankful for our artists, volunteers, and local organisations who have been integral in this 10 year journey. Their collaboration has turned our vision into a movement for real-world gender equality here in Thanet.
